Two days ago kevin, rob rice, koz, ryan and I went to boston to see converge/hangout with justine. We left at like 9:30 pm and got there around 2:30 (I think?). by the time we got there, justine was already sleeping, so we awoke her, got inside, and laid down. i couldn't sleep because i was having asthma problems, and because kevin kept making his cellphone's computer voice bot thing talk to me about bags.
Once we woke up, we showered, and voyaged like 40 miles out of the way to get Denny's. it was good, except the waitress was really ugly. she kept telling me they didn't have any orange flavored drink (orange juice, orange soda, any drink with orange flavoring in it), but i knew she was just lying to cover up a dark, disturbing secret.
We then did some other stuff, i slept in a car, nothing interesting.
At like 6:30 we headed towards the show. we got there as pulling teeth was playing. they sounded awesome, we walked in right as they started playing clipped wings, and they covered a few left for dead songs.
rise and fall was awesome, not too many people seemed into them, but koz and i loved it. they had a really short set, but enjoyable none the less.
Coliseum was next. They are hands down one of my favorite live bands, mainly because the bassist is the man. While on stage it seems like he is trying to prove to everyone how awesome he is, and then all of a sudden he amazes himself with how awesome he truly is. so sick
ceremony was good, too many weirdo smelly kids moving around though.
the hope con was good too, they didn't play any songs off cold blue though.
converge was fucking awesome. they are one band i could see every day of my life and never get bored of. so good.
